i didnt need a big birthday bash, to feel so nice and fuzzy and warm inside.

kudoos to the : the 12 msg senders who sent me msgs before i rose, the 24 msg senders who kept my phone ringing throughout the day, the present senders,the guestbook signers, the song singers, the squadmates, the secthrees, the juniors, the classmates, the besties,the friends, the cousins, the family, the rememberers.
well, and of course, the rockers of vanns life! (:

so my wishlish pulled through! haha. i collected 7 cards, 3 cakes, 7 songs and 17 toy cars and so much so much! including what i always wanted - sgp shirts from hang10! i cannot ask for more. (:

With a happy-go-lucky outlook on life, it is never mundane around Vanessa with her upbeat and optimistic personality. She is a congenial and cheerfully confident girl, with determination coupled with zest. Outgoing and sociable, she is able to connect with people and is a good listener.

Throughout her years in St Nicholas, Vanessa was active in class matters. In addition to being a class monitor in 2001, her enthusiasm for History also made her an apt leader in that subject in 2002. During her upper secondary years, she was also an assiduous class committee chairman who strove for perfection in the classroom cleanliness.

A dedicated member of the St Nicholas St John Ambulance Brigade, Vanessa played a pivotal role in the success of the unit. She was the friendly Secondary Three Non-Commission Officer who was there to lend a listening ear to her charges and tackling their problems as if they were hers. She played a key role in grooming the batch of leaders of 2005, ensuring that their rights were not infringed upon and their welfare excellently taken care of.

The combination of Vanessa’s dynamism and her exuberant personality will certainly propel her to greater heights in the future.

by the way, do not, i repeat, do not, go to eyeplay at hereen even if the optitian is quite cute and they have really cool purple specs, because sadly, the optitian skills is quite lousy. so if you dont wanna go back like 3 times and not have good specs, dont go there at all.

my degree went up again and its quite dangerous now? so claims another more competent optitian. supposedly, it crucial that i put contacts to control the soaring of my degree, but sadly, after 1 hr, only 1 lense went in, and i couldnt even take it out. and i have to go and try again tommorrow or something.. i'm seriously gonna poke my eye. and i've some schdual with some eye specialist on friday, so i get to skip scholl! yay! i can hear mrs seah going " vanessa, please be sen-see-ble.

went to gen's chalet! one word to sum it up ; out- of- this- world-kick-ass-fun! from the packets of yummys jostling for space on the coffee table to the two doubledecker beds, everything wos a totally experience in itself! ((: and then wos the 10odd people fighting for space to catch meangirls on gens labtop.. so much so much! haha. definately the bestest funn i caught in ages! lets see wot rocked there ;
(in no order of merit)
1) the people! haha. funna and hilarious people! haha. and nice nice gen! and her nice nice sis and mom! oh! and the nicenice beachbus uncle!
2) the sun, sand, and sea (even if it wos seaweed infested)!
3) the chalet! right on tanjong beach, right behind 'fannwong's bungalow'. its humongously amazing!
4) the frenzy photoshoots!
5) the swing outside the chalet!
6) the double bike riding pro experience!
7) the gambling - indian poker, bluff, bridge, taidee, you name it!
8) the food! definately!
9) the air! charged with negative ions to make you feel all recharged! -read the physics text if you dont catch me
10) the birthday girl (to-be) the most fantastic hostress ever!
so yes, it wos dead fun! and its going into my storage of happiness! ((: thank you so much gen for sucha utterly fabulous time!

i learnt from alicia today that your mouth has more bacterias then a toliet bowl and if you actually lick a toliet bowl, you'll be contaminating it. nice ehh? the HNSG (hope night study group), which consits of me, pam and lili, is great fun yet produictive kay! i like the fructuous night study sessions! ok. session. it had only been one so far. (: i conquered matrices and sets! everysingle question in the ten year okok! (: and i feel quite confident for tomorrow, which is bad because in the end, the school is gonna come up with some kickass paper which beats all 10years of the past Olevels question flat and make me feel darn crappified.
